Wasted two hours of my time only to tell me "No"

I wanted to sell him a 10 dollar CoC account through middleman, makes me wait two hours saying "oh yea yea im going to buy it" in the end, he doesn't. Tells me no and tells me he bought other accounts and ignored me. This is really sad.
