Uncompleted Transaction - Seller just kept the money

The seller (adamlevine) offered a PS4 account... After paying over PayPal f&f I had to wait for two days to get knowledge that the originally urchased account is not longer available... The Refund account I received I wasn´t able to log into... After several tries he isn´t even responding... So keep away from this seller...
