Tried to scam me

The person refused to use a middlemen claiming it took too long. He then agreed to lower the price to $20 (including everything such as transfer fee) in exchange for me paying first. However, when a $6 fee was added onto the payment due to international money transfer, he claimed he has never said such a thing and demanded I paid him $26 first before receiving the account.
The person also was selling his account in multiple places, but the price was different in each website. When I approached him to buy the account from a website where he stated the price of the account was only $20, he claimed it was $30 because that's what he was selling for in this other website.
Highly sketchy, highly unreliable.
