This user wanted me to go first for a PSC, sent me a picture of a french PSC as proof, when I started speaking french he said he was Finnish and only in France for vacation. I asked for proof on that and he sent me a pic of the pizzaria he was in rn...at 9:45 in the morning! On the picture you can clearly see that it's dark outside...so definitely scam.
