Still waiting for my account

I paid this a**hole over $200 for an account that I never received. When I asked him what was going on with the account, he lied and told me he would be offline for a while because HIS MOM DIED and he was in the hospital and grieving. Out of compassion and understanding I didn’t message him until a few days later and again I got some other bs excuse. I’ve been waiting over a month and still haven’t heard a thing about the account I'm supposed to have. So if you’re reading this take my advice and don’t buy from this dude .
