Scammer. Took money and closed PayPal account.

I purchased the lords acct he has posted that is 143mil might T4. On PayPal and he never delivered account info. I am $180 in the hole and he refuses send money or account info to me. I have contacted my bank and PayPal and both has verified that he took the money and transferred it to his bank and closed his PayPal account. @middleman
