Scammed me through discord over paypal

I was supposed to send half of the money ($50) through paypal and he was supposed to send the account details and then I would send the other half of the money after. I sent the money and he said the paypal account was his friends and he was waiting on him to see if the payment went through. 6 hours later he finally responds and says its pending so I call paypal and they tell me its not pending and the money is in his account, they even told me he had a balance of $71 dollars after my payment went through. I told him this and he said he still wanted to wait on his friend. He told me he was going to bed and would message me in the morning. I message him back today and he says its still pending when a PAYPAL EMPLOYEE even told me its not pending. I immediately reported this through paypal and playerup. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS GUY.
