Scammed me out of $55

Horrible seller. I tried paying through paypal but it didn't work because I was in a different country. So he made me purchase it through his website (rsgoldfast.com) so I did. Before he told me that I would have to provide ID to purchase through the website, I told him I don't have ID since i'm under 18 but he then insisted that it wouldn't matter. When I bought it I got a msg from him saying I HAVE TO SEND MY ID (You see my first problem?) The only ID I had was my student ID so I sent that. I later got a msg saying that I have to show my face to prove it (I blurred out the picture of my face on the student ID.) But I didn't feel comfortable sending a random person a photo of my face. I told him I want a refund and we I can pay another way. So he told me he refunded but that was 3 days ago and I still haven't received it and I don't have anything on my paypal statement. He has stopped msging me and I know he is there because he msged my alt discord. So since he wasn't responding I msg the website support through there skype and guess what they told me... THAT THEY ALREADY GAVE ME RS GOLD AND I CAN GET A REFUND. Like how stupid is this seller, he told me to buy through his website and told me to put his username, so I ended up paying to his RS gold.
