Poor Conduct & A Fraud

Do not buy from this guy, he is a fraud. He posts the account for sale for one price, then after it doesn't get bought, lowers the price to a much lower price, then after selecting the buy option, you get charged for much more than his asking price. Then he never gives you the information, ignored any and all conversations about it. Thank the heavens for Middleman and this site. The protected me, and are about to refund my money. Be wary of this guy, he is a cheat and very immature.
