Overpriced and worthless

So after paying and getting my pre-modded account which took 7 hours thru contact (way too long) i finally got the account and not even 4 hours after using the account it was banned. After asking for a refund he reused saying it was a "service" that didn't give refunds.

All in all i wouldn't recommend doing business with this individual/service company.

I stated my ToS since the beginning of our chat. It clearly stated "Once this service was purchased, you may not refund in any way." I clearly explained that to you. Sometimes a person needs to have patience. 7 hours? That is completely inaccurate information. This took less than 7 hours. I spent more money just to get your account on Xbox, and mod your account. After you told me you got banned, you asked for a refund. You only asked for this so you could go blow it off on playerup. I took the liberty and offered you multiple accounts with a new safe tool I purchased to modify your account. You declined the offer. I should've have thought more to myself, because your grammar was absolutely horrible. I couldn't speak to you, and you made absolutely no sense at times. Please try to resolve this issue with me rather than posting a negative report on me. How will this solve anything?
