I was going to buy a Penguin from him, after positive communication might I add too, but then I found out he was buying it from another seller to sell to me for more than he bought it for.

    Disappointed, he seemed more legitimate than he was after trying to buy an account from a user to then sell on again almost immediately to me for profit.
