giving false negative reviews

This Bob wallen kid gave two other PlayerUp users and I false negative reviews because he claims that we were accusing him of scamming. He gave me a negative review because I didn't want to buy his account. He is acting like a child and shouldn't be allowed to be in this forum any longer. He is abusing the review system here.
