Failed to deliver and lying

ATTENTION THIS GUY IS SCAMMER SEE IMAGES!
So I contacted him by discord, he first told me that he does 45k cp for 80$, after I paid he changes the deal and said he mistakes with the game and made confusion, then we agree he send me 30k cp for 60$ and plus 10k for 25$, after he said he was done I enter my account and there was only 18.907cp, I contacted him and he showed a photo with photoshop where it was my account with 32k, then he blocked me!!!
