    The seller will receive a negative feedback for the following reason:
    • The seller posted an account for sale
    • The buyer paid for the sellers account
    • The seller failed to deliver once the transaction was opened
    • The seller wasted the buyers time
    • The buyer was refunded

    in this 3 way conversation i get negative feedback with this explanation:

    The seller failed to deliver once the transaction was opened
    The seller wasted the buyers time
    The buyer was refunded

    If the seller can complete a transaction without problems in the future, this feedback maybe subject to removal. This transaction is cancelled. This ticket is now closed.

    For the seller, no further reply is needed.
    For the buyer, please wait for an update through your private conversation ticket.

    For the buyer, an agent will officially close out this transaction within the next 48 hours. Please accept our apologies for this taking longer than expected.


    My problem is:

    You took over a week to start the 3-way conversation, another player has payed earlier for the same account. Because you took to long that player payed by paypal too and is now waiting for is refund from you. I could not mark the thread as sold, i tried multiple times. You are not answering support tickets anymore. and now i got an negative feedback because of your lack of service.

    The facts:

    - I had the account for sale
    - a buyer payd for it and let me know he did.
    - i waited for you to mark the thread as sold
    - another buyer payd for it and let me know afte he payd.
    - i told him another one als claimed to have payd the account, but you (playerup) have not started anything yet, so i was not sure if he reallyu payd.
    - i tried to close the trhead by marking it as sold.
    - for some reason it doesn't work, i tried multiple times
    - you are not answering any support tickets, except from your robot answer.
    - after about a week the original buyer payd by paypal.
    - now, a couple of days later, you finally make the three way conversation
    - i appear to have three buyers on the same account
    - i cancel the orders and explain what happened.
    - and now i get negative feedback.

    Please tell me: What should i have done here? Where did i made a mistake? Why do is deserve a negative feedback?

    Do you need a scapegoat?

    Please fix this situation and give those buyers a proper apology and return their money with high priority.

    I am sorry for my temper. I am very patient with you, and i know that its pretty normal to wait a week or two if you make a deal on Playerup. But don't make me look like the bad guy, i have sold and bought multiple accounts and everytime both parties of the deal where happy. Now i get a negative feedback which i don't deserve, and probably you are going to give me some more negative feedbacks for the other buyers.
