Completed Middleman Transaction

I spoke with this guy in discord to buy 6m AL gold for $18 paypal, everything good, i ve sent the money to him then he had to refund the money because it was delayed for 1 day, after that i ve sent the money through friends and family, he got the money but he refunded it again because he said he has the account limited. He created a new paypal account where i sent $15 (+$3 tax) for 6m and he blocked me after he received the money. I ve got proofs, just contact me for it
