he is a big scammer. i sent payments for 2 facebook business manager accounts then he block me from skype. so please becareful from this people. i have all message but he think i dont save his chat history for thats reason he deleted all of his chat history. so before order with this people please send a message to me will show you all chat conversation. very often will chat with support and will take action against him.
