Be Overly Cautious....

Although he did eventually refund my order after filing a paypal dispute, I'd be overly cautious purchasing from this seller moving forward. Was originally very responsive and said the estimated delivery time was around 30 minutes after payment received. After 2 days of no communication after I sent payment a Paypal dispute was the only recourse in getting my money back.
