Awful Communication And Is 4 Months Due On Payment

I still haven't received money I loaned him. He hasn't responded to me in 5 days. He also never communicated with me for three months straight. He gained my trust with a deal, and still hasn't paid me back my money, even though I gave him a way to make money online by taking surveys. He also tried to access the accounts I bought without my permission. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, but this is getting sketchy. BUYERS BEWARE.
