How do I remove 2 step authentication / two step authenticator from my account?
Please send an e-mail to [email protected] using the same e-mail on your PlayerUp Account and request 2 step authentication removed. Please allow 1-24 hours for support to remove / disable your 2 step authentication. If you have waited more than 24 hours, please send another e-mail.
