I have a lvl 34.9 character i have artifically kept low lvl to prevent basing by high lvl players. Currently building a lvl53 rev fleet bridge 5 - max coin bank - 17a day currently factory 10 ship lab 10 bay and all other labs 8 this can now build any ship in the game. In the playerup i have won the gharial cutter, rag carrier, aurora, sico, fusion, fighters, and more. i have all blueprints through tier 35 full completed. Lvl40 i have several none completed. Vsec 27 all completed, several lvl30 vsec completed. all in all i have spent 250+ in coin on the act. Looking for decent offers, if you want to use a middleman service, you pay any fees.
