All characters have DA, at least 1240 DCs, and you can create up to 2 new characters with DA and 2200 DCs already on it. As you can tell, the account has $85 dollars invested on it (not to mention 8 years of playing and collecting rare items). Dollar has high value in my currency currently so in this moment I am willing to compromise with $40. (less than 50% of its value)
