D2Loader problem please help

    Hi. I'm new here.

    I have downloaded the D2Loader but I can not get the application to open. It says the following error message: "This application has failed to start because STORM.DLL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

    Please help me to resolve this issue I'ved tried re-installing it but it still says the same error message.
