    3.1B influence. Scout trap. Hero lvl 60, Shaman stage 6 level 52, full legendary sets with legendary gems for: farmer (silver+ iron) learning, building, invader, scouts, 3 out of 6 siege, troops training, warrior capacity (for robbing big RSS), 3 gears for Shaman, yielding (centurion) and lots of other gears required to create other special or Shaman gear.
    Town level 27 is building at the moment.
    Huge amount of knowledge is done. Level 6 ghost is a few knowledge away.
    Troops: 20M T1 scouts, 90K T4 scouts, 2.7M T5 scouts, 750K T1 siege, 700K T5 siege.

    VIP 16 (170K vip points to level 17). Packs will come in 9 days. Lots of items like boosters and other stuff. 2000+ items actually.

    2). Upon verifying the buyers payment, @Middleman will activate the buyers private conversation, sellers private conversation ticket, and buyers/sellers 3 way conversation ticket.

    3). No further steps are required on the sellers behalf until we have opened the 3 way conversation ticket with @Middleman, the buyer, and the seller included in the ticket.
