    My posts and meassges are not seen or replied. Am worried that there is a bug with my posts. need affirmation that that is not the case, hopefully somebody here will be able to help me? Below is the message that I posted in Help - General Support and also in Middleman Support but no replies from anyone from playerup.

    I need urgent help regaarding a purchase using middleman about 3-4 days ago.

    Middleman chat was initiated but have only received automated responses so far. Got in contact with the seller of the item and seller mention even in his post that item was not available for sale anymore and even help to mention it to admin to assist in refunding buyer (me).

    However, it has been a couple of days so far, with no response from anybody in Playerup.com. Am currently requesting for a full refund of my purchase on my credit card that I made 3-4 days back for about $130. Have created a post in the middleman help forum but I see that it is tagged as invisible to ordinary users so nobody can see that the mods/admins are ignoring me? Several conversations was also initiated from me to Middleman but I did not receive a reply and only automated responses. Middleman's last activity was even more recent than the post and conversations that I have started.

    Can I get a clarification on the situation here? Am also requesting the removal of my personal identification document that I have submitted on top of the refund of the full amount that I have paid. Your assistance would be truly and wholeheartedly appreciated if this can be resolved as soon as possible. (Screenshots of conversations and post can be provided if needed)
