High End  North America  6-8 Max Level WTB high end NA FFXIV account

I'm looking for an account that has every class at level 70 and has all the new raids and content cleared. All beast tribe mounts, the fire bird mount, magitek avenger pvp mount, the three winged Garo mounts, the T Rex mount, both heaven on high mounts, the kamuy mounts,all the tank mounts, the recruit a friend campaign mounts, and the astrope and centurio tiger mounts. The previously mounts don't matter as much. Just looking for account with rare pvp mounts, or rare mounts like the astrope and centurio tiger. I'm willing to pay 800 to 900 for an account with these specifications. I'd prefer a female Hyur or miqote if possible. I'd like the crafters to have BIS gear or near it as well as some of the DPS and tanks.
