I have a level 26 citadel, 9 million power that comes with a level 16 farm account!! Farm account mass produces wheat for my main army. VIP level 7, Hero level 41, this account even has the rare azure guard avatar! Lots of perm boosts.

Bump. Update on account as I'm still playing it. All prerequisite met before citadel 27. Little over halfway on stone then can upgrade to Citadel 27, account pretty much at 27!! VIP is only 25k points from level 8! Lots and rss on hand, Hero now level 42!!!!
