    * 50% construction tier 1 resource cost reduction

    * 2nd building in queue

    - 105k gold on the account with items to increase that gold by 98k, 92k and 70k!
    - Items to increase resources
    * Food there are 10 items for +10million food, 10 items for +2million food and more!
