Help with 1.11b Patch

    I downloaded 1.11b and dont know how to install it. When I try to open it its says it doesn't need to be installed because the version I have is more up to date than this patch.

    I'm running 1.11 right now and am trying to get 1.11b for Sting's. How do I install this patch?
