Thinking about coming back to LoTRo and want to buy characters on NA servers only. I'm only interested in high-end characters fully geared (T2C raid gear) and swap gear is a huge plus. I'm interested in any characters except Mini as I already have one that's well geared and I don't need another unless it's on an account with other T2C geared characters.
