    So you guys agreed about @Spencuwu getting a partial refund since the account lost its Like counts IF he closes the PayPal dispute/claim. Is this correct?

    no what i did was file a claim about unauthorized transaction since you ghosted me. you can’t re open a closed pay pal claim.

    you said you would refund me and if u didn’t trick me into closing the pay pal claim this would be going completely differently. you said u agreed to the terms and then tried to run off with the account and my money.

    Settle this as you guys already agreed upon, don't drag this out too long especially when you guys already made an agreement.

    @Ephrem Beaino you agreed to refund him half of the amount that he paid for for closing his claims on PayPal which he did so what's the hold up?

    Then this dispute will not end. Had you just not ignored him after he closed the claims then you would not have this problem. As far as i can see, you're the one who broke the agreement between the two of you and dragging this dispute.

    @Spencuwu don't want the account anymore and you don't want to refund him even when you guys already agreed on doing it.
