    40K DPS on Dummy, DPS is alot higher or on par with 10-11k Rating even though I only have 9.2K Rating with my rotation/game play

    Gears:
    Glove/Shoulder T1 set
    Legacy Earring/Legacy Ring - Primary stats on these are Haste (which is preferred for Frost Whisper)

    Gold: 300 on main
    4 Alts: 550+ across all 4 alts

    I have 3 Legacy in stash that can be sold to alt to transfer gold

    Weapon: Currently using Lvl 1, but I have enough shards to upgrade to Lvl 2
